Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our standard MOQ is 1,200 pairs per style / per colorway / per size.
Flexibility: We can adjust this quantity based on specific cases. For new partnerships or specialized markets, we offer flexible volumes to help you get started easily.
Q: Do you accept custom design development?
A: Yes. We specialize in collaborative custom development. Please provide your designs in PDF, AI, or JPG formats including details such as size, Pantone colors, and yarn quality.
Q: What is the lead time for samples?
A: Sample development typically takes 2–3 weeks after the design is finalized and proceed.
Q: Is there a charge for sample development?
A: For new business partners, we charge USD $180 per design for custom development (includes 2 pairs of samples). Custom yarn dyeing will be quoted separately.
Q: Is the sample charge refundable?
A: Yes. Once a bulk order is placed, we will return 50% of the sample charge as a credit directly into your production invoice.
Q: How long is the mass production lead time?
A: Production usually takes approximately 45–75 days. The exact timing depends on the order quantity and design complexity.
Q: What is your standard price term?
A: Our standard quote is FOB Taiwan in US Dollars. We are open to discussing other terms based on your logistics needs.
For Samples: We accept Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal (for amounts under USD $1,000).
For Production: Standard terms are T/T 30/70 (30% deposit upon order confirmation; 70% balance payment before the goods leave the factory).
